Standard Lettermail: To keep costs low and minimize customs delays, we primarily ship via Canada Post letter mail. This method is reliable but does not include tracking.
While rare, letter mail can experience delays or loss, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

Tracked & Insured Upgrade: For guaranteed delivery and peace of mind, we strongly recommend upgrading to our tracked and insured shipping option at checkout. This flat-rate option ($19.95) covers as many items as you'd like in your order.

As of now, we only ship seeds and decor items internationally.

We ship internationally using small packet international air. Please be aware that international shipping carries inherent risks. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays, loss, or additional customs fees, which are beyond our control. We are unable to replace lost international shipments.

Packaging: Your seeds are shipped in a plain, legal-sized white envelope, resembling a standard letter. Inside, you'll find a greeting letter. This discreet packaging method has proven to be the most reliable and economical way to deliver your seeds safely.

Why No Tracking on Standard Lettermail? Using standard lettermail allows us to avoid registering the mail and declaring its contents. This significantly reduces the risk of customs inspections and potential seizures.
It also allows us to offer the lowest possible shipping fees.

We believe this method provides the best balance of security and affordability.
